RBJ Restaurant Group is Wisconsin’s largest Papa John’s Franchise. We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant / Office Manager to join our growing team!

Position reports directly to the Owner

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and distribute accurate messages
• Coordinate accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with /payroll management
• Assist with healthcare reporting
• Receive incoming mail
• Submit bills to owner for payment
• Fax, scan and copy documents
• Maintain office filing and storage systems
• Update and maintain internal staff contact lists
• Coordinate and maintain staff administrative records
• Type documents, reports and correspondence
• Coordinate and organize appointments and meetings
• Monitor and maintain office supplies
• Administrate hiring sites / contact potential team members
• Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank
• Keep office area clean and organized
Education and Experience:
• 4 year degree perferred
• 2-year minimum previous office experience
• Competent computer skills
• Outlook, Excel, Word
• Internet skills including use of e-mails and data collection

Pay depending on previous experience starts between $10-$13/ hour.
