Minimum of 2 years sales experience (advertising sales experience a big plus)

Be willing to learn our proven sales methods

Be willing to accept coaching from trainers/managers/experienced peers

Have the ability to stay positive despite rejection

Have your own car

Have a valid driver’s license

Have your own smart phone (for first 90 days)

In exchange, this is what WE bring to the table:

Salary + uncapped commission (up to 40%)

Gas and reimbursements

Paid company holidays + PTO (paid time off)

Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, short- & long-term disability, 401k) available after 90 days

Based on achievable sales goals, our reps earn a minimum of $50k - $60k their first year.  Our above average reps earn around $70k - $80k per year, and our top sales representatives can earn up to $100k per year.  Our successful sales representatives agree that their compensation is directly proportional to the amount of hard work they put in day-to-day.
