About this job
This position will perform all duties on various days.
Kitchen Helper
- Wash Chef utensils and carts.
- Wash platters and food containers.
- Food prep
- Sweep floors and do any work related to kitchen help.
Dishwasher
- Operate the industrial dishwasher
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles
- Clean and mop customer restrooms
- Clean dish storage
- Follow sanitation policies at all times
- Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
- Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to management
- Mop floors
- Clean out all coolers and kitchen walls periodically
Busser
- Clean tables, chairs, and other dining areas after dining parties leave.
- Remove plates, glasses, utensils, and other dinnerware.
- Sweep floors underneath tables after guests have left the tables.
- Set tables with new and clean dinnerware, napkins, and other items for new guests.
- Find or retrieve items at the request of customers.
- Vacuum floors at the beginning and ending of each shift.
