OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / SCHEDULER:  Part time position, Home Helpers Media area, available immediately.  Maintains effective and efficient office operations.  Supports field and office staff with all activities.  Provides daily assistance to caregiver and client scheduling functions.      Requires high school diploma; at least five years office management experience, at least five years solid customer service experience preferably in the home care industry; strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task and to maintain composure in stressful situations; flexibility to respond to rapidly changing customer needs; personable and compassionate demeanor.  Competitive wages and benefits.  Fax letter of interest and resume to 610-358-0148.
