Full Time Permanent Director of Laboratory Services with a 10K sign on bonus Located in Fountain Valley, CA
Oversees the overall operations of the laboratory sections on a 24 hours basis. Initiates and assists in the review of feasibility for new technical methods, procedures, equipment, and functions in the implementation of the same.
Manages the laboratory information system function so as to maximize utility. Acts as a role model for managers and staff. Demonstrates the ability to independently manage department projects and completes on a timely basis. Maintains current knowledge and compliance with outside regulatory requirements. (JCAHO, OSHA, State of California).
2+ to 5 years experience
Management Experience Required - Yes
Minimum Education - Master's Degree
Licensure as a Clinical Lab Scientist in the State of California
