  • One path is starting as a Cashier/Crew employee to learn the essentials of customer service, food preparation, and the responsibilities of maintaining a good restaurant. Working in one of these roles will expose you to entry level management skills as well.

  • The second path is starting as an Assistant Manager or an Assistant Manager Trainee learning all the supervisory tools and cost management practices needed to operate a good restaurant. You will have access to one-on-one training with an experienced Store Manager or certified Training Manager that will mentor you throughout your entire development journey.
     

Employees who have taken Career Path #1 or #2 have advanced their careers as Unit Managers, Nationally Certified Training Managers, Regional District Managers, Directors of Operations, and Vice Presidents of Operations. We are a company to GROW WITH.  We have added several new stores and are looking for individuals wanting to GROW with US!

Shift Managers are responsible for:

  • Assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager with all facets of the successful operations for an Arby's Restaurant.

  • Providing a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees.

  • Supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager with all aspects of generating sales and profit growth efficiently and effectively.
     

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with a company, preferably with at least one year of restaurant experience and the hunger to move your career to the next level!
 

Additionally, candidates should exhibit the following behaviors:
