Assistant Event Coordinator/ Fulfillment Support: $12.00/hr

 

Our client, a Healthcare Administrative Company in Carmel, IN has asked us to help them find an Assistant Event Coordinator to join their growing team.

Experience that will put you at the top of the list for consideration includes:

  • Ensure timely, professional planning and set up of facilities for events.
  • Ensuring that facilities and rooms are properly prepared for internal and external events, providing hospitality services for employees and clients as needed, providing support to fulfillment when determined necessary. 
  • Pick, pack, shipping, and fulfillment experience. 
  • Detail orientation - accuracy is critical as mistakes can be very expensive.
  • Ability to lift 20-25 pounds on a regular basis
