About this job

Inbound/Outbound call center position fielding calls from Medicaid Members. Members will be calling in to ask if they qualify, how to apply, what all is included, about lost ID's, what doctor to go to, bill inquires, researching claims, etc. Contractors may have to deal with angry members or escalated calls. They need to be professional and courteous at all times. This individual will be taking anywhere from 25 to 65 calls a day and the calls will last on average 3.5 minutes.

MUST HAVE

  • 6months - 1 year job tenure in each position minimum
  • call center experience
  • Available between 8am - 8pm
