The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse Supervisor will report to the NICU Nurse Manager and will assist the Manager with oversight of the unit, while ensuring that proper patient care is being delivered at all times. The Neonatal Nursery Assistant Nurse Manager will also be in charge of supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and educating patients and their families.
