The Manager of Supply Chain will join the family of dedicated nurses and other health care professionals living out a mission to heal people in body, mind and spirit. The Manager of Supply Chain will direct daily operations of the Purchasing Department and supporting Material Management Departments (Receiving and Distribution, Print Shop, Mail Services, Sterile Processing) and functions. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer CFO, the Manager of Supply Chain will plan, organize and direct departmental functions aligning departmental goals and actions with Corporate Mission.

The Manager of Materials Management and Supply Chain will demonstrate an understanding and practice of sound business ethics; conduct business in a fair and equitable manner. The Supply Chain Manager will establish and maintain the proper and appropriate professional and ethical relationships with all sales representatives and vendor companies while overseeing centralized procurement of all supplies, equipment and services including those purchased directly by other authorized departments.

The Manager of Supply Chain will develop standard specifications for soliciting competitive bids and support the utilization of a standardization program. Acts as advisor/resource to all departments with regard to supply, equipment and service needs. Provides cost-benefit analysis to substantiate decisions in product selection. Controls the procedure on product recalls to ensure all recall actions relating to supplies and equipment are effected. Assure that proper documentation is recorded of actions and that proper compensation is received.
