The CNS Clinical Nurse Specialist will join a team of specialists placed throughout the health network. This northern Indiana facility is looking for an ambitious individual to promote an environment that facilitates innovation, empowerment, and creative solutions. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will work throughout the hospital units and serve as the mentor, coach, and role model for hospital staff. Focusing primarily in Medical Surgical, the Advanced Practice Nurse CNS will develop and manage operational activities to support the needs of both patients and staff. The hospital is looking for an Advanced Practice Nurse Med Surg who will be ready to hit the ground running.
