On-Call Psychiatrists as well as Multiple Speciality Psychiatrists are needed to join a Behavioral Health System with multiple hospitals in the Boston area.
Several progressive private psychiatric facilities make it the largest private mental health system in Massachusetts. All hospitalsoffer a full continuum of services, including inpatient for children, adolescents and adults.
Programs Include:
24-Hour Evaluations, Triage, and Admissions
Inpatient Treatment for Children, Adolescents, and Adults
Partial Hospitalization for Children, Adolescents, and Adults
On-call Psychiatrist duties include admission evaluations, treatment team leadership and daily care of patients in the inpatient and/or partial programs. All patient care is provided in a multi-disciplinary treatment setting with a treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, mental health technicians, registered nurses, social workers and other therapists. The positions offer a competitive salary with flexible scheduling.There are opportunities to pick a number of shifts during the weekend or weeknights. The hospital is eager to welcome talented and dedicated MDs to their team of psychiatric professionals providing superior patient care through a wide range inpatient and partial hospitalization programs and services.
The hospital also seeks Psychiatrists for a number of full-time positions within its seven-hospital Behavioral Health System. It offers a tremendous opportunity for graduating residents and psychiatrists completing their fellowship, as the hospital can provide six months of formal mentoring with the Medical Director. All hospitals are accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC) and licensed by the Department of Mental Health (DMH).
