The Laboratory Medicine Pediatric Pathologist will work within the hospital’s Pathology and Lab Medicine Department along side a highly skilled team of 8 Pathologists and 3 Pathologist’s Assistants. The Perinatal Pathologist will handle case material including placentas, products of conception, ectopic pregnancies, gravid hysterectomies, and fetal/neonatal autopsies. There is a large volume of inpatient material due to the busy obstetrics, neonatology, and maternal-fetal medicine services offered at the facility. The ideal candidate for this role will be AP or AP/CP board certified and have experience in pediatric or perinatal pathology.
