Assistant Vice President Quality Management - Full-time / Part-time

The Assistant VP of Quality Management will work within this 250+ bed, non-profit hospital that provides the surrounding community with state-of-the-art medical services and a solid commitment to compassionate service. The AVP of Patient Safety will report to the Chief Medical Officer and will have complete oversight of the quality and patient safety programs for the whole health system, while developing new goals and standards and implementing new quality initiatives. The AVP Quality and Compliance will also be in charge of developing action plans and motivating staff to accomplish plans, monitoring results, collaborating with other departments, and presenting meaningful reports. The ideal candidate for this RN Quality Executive role will have previous leadership and quality/PI experience in a hospital setting.
