Illustrious national healthcare organization offers a prodigious and gratifying leadership opportunity in Southeast Texas as Women’s Services Administrative Nurse Director, trusted with spearheading exemplary and comprehensive care from gynecology and obstetrics to postpartum and mother-baby bonding.

The Women’s Health Center Director of Nursing will oversee the family birthing center, handling close to 300 deliveries each month and featuring 11 Labor & Delivery rooms, over 30 postpartum suites and two nurseries. The Nurse Director of Maternal Child Health will also steer the Level II NICU, staffed with highly trained Neonatologists providing care for premature babies and newborns that need extra attention.

Closely collaborating with and led by a veteran Chief Nursing Officer, the Administrative Nursing Director of Perinatal Services will guide 4 Clinical Nursing Managers in overseeing a first-rate staff of over 100 FTEs and will allocate accountability for the department’s day-to-day clinical operations.

The OBGYN Nurse Director will orchestrate the safe and efficient delivery of patient care and high quality nursing practices, developing training programs and coordinating nursing personnel to maintain those quality standards.

The Nurse Director of Women’s Health Services contributes to the progressive healthcare at this nearly 300-bed medical center, continuing a legacy of providing personalized, advanced medical services to the community for more than 30 years. The medical facility is part of a large and stable healthcare system, with for-profit hospitals and clinics throughout the United States.
