The Nursing Executive Outpatient Mental Health will direct all aspects of the daily operation within this psychiatric facility, managing a team of 30+ FTEs and reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. The Psychiatric Nurse Director will manage a skilled team of nurses and provide a safe and comforting treatment environment for patients. The Behavioral Health Clinical Nurse Director will manage all financial aspects of the department, maintain patient treatment standards, quality standard and ensure federal compliance measures are met.
