This private inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment center treats substance abuse, depression and anxiety and long-term mental illness among other specialties. The Nursing Executive Outpatient Mental Health will direct all aspects of the daily operation within this psychiatric facility, managing a team of 30+ FTEs and reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. Patients of this healthcare center include those with mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse and dependency issues, and psychotic behaviors.

The Psychiatric Nurse Director will manage a skilled team of nurses and provide a safe and comforting treatment environment for patients. The Behavioral Health Clinical Nurse Director will manage all financial aspects of the department, maintain patient treatment standards, quality standard and ensure federal compliance measures are met.

This patient-focused Nursing Director of Mental Health Services will be a part of a senior leadership team that emphasizes relationship-based psychiatric treatment in a caring and comforting environment.
