Surgical Services Registered Nurse - Full-time / Part-time

The Perioperative Staff RN will become part of a 400+ bed, acute care facility. This not-for-profit hospital has received numerous national awards and recognitions including distinctions from US News and World Report. The hospital features a full-range of services including an emergency department, cancer care center, labor and delivery and a post-partum unit.

This Surgical RN will join a Perioperative Services department that consists of a same day surgery, general surgery, robotic surgery, specialized surgery and extensive educational resources. The acute care medical center performs a variety of procedures and surgeries, including orthopedics, general surgery an OB/ GYN on patients ranging from pediatrics to adult. The OR Registered Nurse will join a busy department that performs an average of 1,000 procedures per month.

Reporting directly to the OR Nurse Manager, the OR nurse will work alongside a dedicated staff of RNs and Charge Nurses to oversee immediate and long-term needs of patients, both pre and post operatively. The Perioperative Services Staff Nurse will be tasked with providing safe, quality patient care while maintaining hospital standards.
