A 500 bed hospital is calling for a seasoned NICU Director to join its team. The NICU Nurse Director will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Department. The Neonatal Director of Nursing will demonstrate effective clinical practice and serve as a leader, mentor and role model for staff throughout the departments. In order to assure the highest quality of care is delivered, the NICU Nurse Director will be an advocate for quality practice and patient safety.

The RN Director will play a key role in research and community outreach to grow the service line. The Nurse Director of NICU is also tasked with developing business plans to support the department's growth.The Neonatal ICU Director will ensure that quality of care and service excellence is maintained at this Level III facility.

The Nurse Director will provide leadership in strategic planning, directing and improving new staff educational programs within the department. The RN Director will ensure performance and clinical outcome metrics are met. The NICU Director will build effective relationships and communication with operational and medical staff within the system.
