A career boosting opportunity is available at a 85+ bed hospital as a Pre-Op and Post-Op Nurse Coordinator. This hospital is located just outside of Phoenix, AZ and the surgical services team is in growth mode.
The Surgical Services Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for pre-op and post-op units including 10 Post-Anesthesia Care suits. The PACU Nurse will report to the Nurse Director of Perioperative Services. Day-to-day responsibilities of the Periop Nurse Supervisor will be employee management, scheduling, care coordination and patient flow throughout the varying surgical units.
The PACU and Pre-Op Nurse Manager will be a integral player in a surgical services department that specializes in balloon sinuplasty, bariatrics, colorectal, cosmetic/plastics, esophyX TIF, gastroenterology, obstetrics, gynecology, maxiofacial, orthopedic, otolaryngology and podiatry.
