Nurse Supervisor Clinic

A Washington State 75 bed Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee their outpatient clinics.

The Clinical Nurse Supervisor will be part of a hospital system with the highest priority to serve the healthcare needs of the community. The Clinic sees a variety of different patients and facilitates: primary care, family practice, Orthopedics, General outpatient surgery, ophthalmology and obstetrics, where they will see mothers in both pre and post op. The Clinic Nursing Manager will assume responsibility for maintaining the current clinic policies and procedures, and will ensure the staff has a good working knowledge of them.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will serve as a resource person for staff under supervision to ensure the facility is running smoothly and guarantees patient satisfaction. The Outpatient Center RN Supervisor will maintain full compliance with all code standards and regulations as well as all other regulatory agencies. The ideal Nursing Manager of Medical Clinic will have both hospital and private practice experience, creating the mix of a familiar feel of a private practice in a professional hospital like environment.
