Position Purpose:The Associate Account Executive is responsible for the support and execution of programs developed with respective groups while learning the fundamentals of the client's business as well as the dynamics of our organization (i.e., process, people and culture). Integral to the success of this position is the ability to work with all levels and roles within the organization from production to creative to studio to accounting/finance and other account teams, as well as third-party vendors and service providers.* AAEs must be able to work within a team environment with a wide variety of resources, personalities and variables (i.e., deadlines, communication, change of direction).* AAEs must be able to adapt and look beyond the issues in favor of doing what is right for the client and the organization.* AAEs must maintain high levels of thorough and accurate communication across all aspects of the account team.Position Responsibilities:The Associate Account Executive will work with other staff members in learning to profitably manage and build client business and be focused on the following areas:* Support the client team in the execution of programs and plans and in profitably building and managing the client's business and projects* Initiate jobs and clear, concise project request forms (CSR's) for activation of jobs* Support the development of oral and written client presentations; providing research/background* Work with production, creative and studio to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work based on the identified needs of the clients* Assist with all program elements including the critical path, budgets, timelines, contact reports, client approvals of estimates/budgets/invoices and project implementation* Assist with client communication (i.e., status reports, conference reports, etc.)* Assist with the development/management of budgets, cost estimates and invoices* Assist in the determination of project GP by assisting the account team with monthly reconciliations* Assist with Post-Program Evaluation under direction of the account team* Have in-depth knowledge of vendor capabilities(and such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time)Position Requirements:* Bachelor's Degree* a minimum of one year of relevant work experience* Thorough and accurate communication ability* Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs#LI-PB1Conditions of EmploymentAll job offers are contingent upon successful completion of certain background checks which unless prohibited by applicable law may include criminal history checks, employment verification, education verification, drug screens, credit checks, DMV checks (for driving positions only) and fingerprinting.Great People, Deserve Great BenefitsWe know that we have some of the brightest and most talented associates in the world, and we believe in rewarding them accordingly.
