Production Supervisor

Our client in South Sacramento is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a contract to direct hire opportunity that is first shift, Monday through Friday. Summary:

Door shop supervisor managing/leading a team of 20+ workers that are working in that department. This supervisor will be responsible for scheduling and managing the workforce in that department in order to complete the required orders for that day/shift. Candidates with scheduling experience are a plus but it is not a requirement; they have a scheduler who will be working alongside this person and getting them the job orders for the day. As the supervisor of this department they will be responsible for the quality of doors being made in the department. If any changes need to be made it is this person's responsibility to make the changes. Biggest responsibility and need for this position is someone who can manage the team and get output out.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' production supervisor experience.
• Supervisory experience in a door, wood, or construction background.
• Used to hitting goals and quotas is essential.
