About this job
Assembly Line Worker openings at Harley Davidson for the upcoming surge season. All workers will be on the automated assembly line doing light assembly to build motorcycles. Surge season starts in January and goes through June. All positions are contract to possible hire after 380hrs completed. Available shifts are 1st and 2nd shift, a candidates flexibility on shift will determine how quick they can get started. 6
SHIFTS:
* 1st shift - 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday (10hr days)
* 2nd shift - 7:30pm to 6:00am, Monday through Thursday (10hr days)
* Overtime is done on Fridays and is mandatory when scheduled so all candidates must me open to this.
PAY:
* $15 per hour, no shift differential for 2nd shift
* The pay goes to $16 per hour once hired on as a union casual, must have 360 hours completed, not always do they get hired right at 360hrs, they are eligible at 360hrs and then hired once an orientation class is scheduled.
