Customer Service Full and Part time Positions - No Sales
Permanent and Seasonal Positions (Permanent positions are based on performance as a seasonal employee).
Answer incoming calls and e-mails about graduation products and services.
Live chat operators needed as well. Live chat operators will also answer calls and emails regarding products and services, but also chat professionally online with our customers who prefer immediate assistance while placing their orders. Trouble-shooting orders.
Requirements:
* Basic Computer Knowledge
* Positive attitude
* Ability to multi-task
* Good written and verbal communication
This is a Seasonal Position and we work with College semesters. Permanent positions may be offered at the end of the 1st or 2nd semester depending on performance level.
