Primary Responsibilities:


Product consultant to our internal business partners


Lead product demos

Answer questions and triage issues

Analyze new feature requests and create features and user stories for execution

Point of contact for development for questions or  clarifications

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience

3+ years of experience in business/finance analysis

Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting

Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes

Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally

Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data

Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
Preferred Qualifications:


HEDIS or Stars knowledge
