The Employee Relations Manager – Analytics (ER Consultant) is responsible for designing, developing and implementing monthly and quarterly reports for Employee Relations (ER) and Total Absence Management (TAM). This position will identify the appropriate metrics and data collection approaches to report on employee relations issues, trends, and root causes. In addition, the ER Consultant will develop presentation materials to effectively present actionable data to Human Capital and the business to help identify issues and develop solutions to improve employee relations across the organization. This position will make strategic recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with HR Analytics team to prepare monthly and quarterly reports for business segments on ER/TAM cases. Includes analyzing data to identify trends, root causes and actionable items
Prepare internal reports for ER/TAM metrics
Produce well-formatted presentations that not only report the data, but analyze the data for trends and issues to communicate a clear, compelling message for the stakeholder
Identify actionable items with recommendations to address issues.
Develop and maintain phone schedule to ensure adequate coverage for incoming employee relations calls
Work with HR Business Analysis and Technology group to develop solutions and links to appropriate policy and procedure documents for use in HR Help Desk Case Management System
Responsible for maintaining, organizing and updating department case handling guidelines and policy documents. Help identify process improvements for the employee relations function and procedures
Manage internal processes such as CAP/MAP Revisions, ODM Administrator, and other special projects as assigned
• Maintain and administer a shared document system, which includes case handling guidelines, templates, and toolkits
Develop and maintain phone schedule to provide adequate coverage for incoming employee relations calls
Develop and implement Solutions on PeopleSoft HR HelpDesk for use when resolving cases to ensure consistent application of company policies, as well as compliance with federal and state employment laws
Liaison between ER/TAM team and HR Advisor team to identify ER related solutions for Tier 1 and provide training as needed on ER issues
Identify process improvements for the employee relations function and procedures.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
2+ years of experience with business, financial or human resource analysis
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably Employee Relations
Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills, detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to work in a large, fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills required, including strong verbal and written presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Employee Relations experience
