Forklift Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Below is a brief overview of the job responsibilities for this position:

Operates forklifts as well as equipment including tanks, pumps, mixers, pH meters, level meters, flow meters, valves, and hoses to manufacture batches of chemical products.

Measures quantities of liquid and solid chemicals using scales and flow meters, and transfer the chemicals into tanks.

Performs inventory cycle counts, locate materials in the warehouse and transport to manufacturing areas using a forklift. Forklift experience is a must have! Don't need to be certified.

Collects process samples and interface with laboratory personnel for analysis.

Maintains required log sheets including but not limited to batch tickets, packaging sheets, scrubber operation log, pH meter calibration, and equipment inspections.

Attends and demonstrates understanding of topics covered in required HSE training including Hazardous Waste Management, emergency response, and Hazard Communication.

Packages, marks, and labels Hazardous Waste containers.

Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety procedures including general site safety rules.
