About this job
-assist in manufacturing in steep strapping assists
-remove coils from rewinders using a coil carriers
-visually inspect coils for defects, markings, scuffs, and scratches that violate their quality objectives
-transferring spools that contain steel and place them in proper position for welders to weld them
-assist in correcting production delays and product size changeovers
-consistently lifting up to 50lbs on a daily basis
-helping load rewinders
Need steel background, any candidate that has worked in a heavy industrial environment may have the necessary skills
1st shfit M-F 7:00-3:00pm
2nd shift M-F 3:00pm-11:00pm
3rd shift Sun-thurs 11:00pm-7am.
Pay is 13.50/hr on 1st shfit
$14/hr on 2nd and 3rd.
