Warehouse Worker

Looking for a production worker with 2-3 years experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment. They will be taking plastic compounds and form them into raw "blocks" of plastic. The main responsibility will be packaging material as required for shipment along with loading outbound trucks with material for shipment.

Summary of essential job function:
* Perform visual quality inspection on material prior to packing.
* Verify material count against the quantity required by shipping document.
* Alert manager/supervisor of any problems with material quality or quantity.
* Pack material according to standard procedures unless otherwise specified.
* Place correct shipping label on package.
* Record material weight and packers initials on the pick ticket.
* Maintain housekeeping in shipping area.
* Inter-company mail pickup and delivery.
* Maintain all safety requirements
* Forklift operation
