Garage Attendant - Part-time

We are a prestigious Hi-Rise residential building searching for a garage attendant.You will also be responsible for light maintenance and janitorial duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a large residential building and/or country club experience of at least 2 years.

The residents expect a high level of service and we want someone with an up beat, likable personality.The main duties of the position are as follows:

Hours- M-Th 3pm-11pm - Friday is a day shift option of 7am-3pm

Park residents vehicles in the two level parking garage

Maintain and clean all levels of the parking garage areas and halls

Deliver packages and help residents with their shopping purchases

Pull trash and recycling for 18 floors 

Be able to lift/carry at least 50 pounds

Walk grounds and pick up sticks/debris

Water flowers and grounds (seasonal)

Spread salt and shovel paths (seasonal)

Communicate effectively with front desk attendant

Set up party room for upcoming reservations

Other duties as determined

We are a fun work environment and our residents are the most important aspect of the job.You must be able to multitask and think out of the box on creative ways to do things.You will need to be comfortable with working independently and keeping on task with out being reminded.

You MUST - have no criminal background, a clear drug test and a valid driver's license.

Your appearance must be polished and conservative - 

This positions offers - paid holidays, vacation and health benefits after 90 days.Often times residents have side jobs that you can work for before or after your shift.You can also make cash for washing cars (with your own supplies)
