Providence is calling a Clinical Supervisor Nursing ( Full Time / Night shift ) to Providence Saint John's Health Center Santa Monica, CA.

(Bonus Eligible - External Applicants Only)

In this position you will:

* Assess to diagnose and treat human response to actual or potential health problems through such activities as health teaching, health counseling and provision of care supportive to or restorative of life and well-being.

* Be guided by a knowledge of base principles of nursing on the spiritual needs, and on physical/psychosocial sciences.

* Ensure that the quality of patient care meets all accrediting, bioethical, and professional standards.

* Act as mentor to all staff.

Required qualifications for this position include:

* Current ( RN ) license in the State of California

* Bachelors ( BSN ) degree

* Current Basic Life Support ( BLS ) certification for Healthcare Providers sponsored by the American Heart Association

* Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support ( ACLS ) certification sponsored by the American Heart Association

* Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program ( NRP ) certification

* Advanced Fetal Monitoring experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

* (2) Two years prior experience at staff position
