Seaside, Oregon -- Providence Health & Services is seeking an excellent nurse practitioner to join our innovative, comprehensive care and social services program, Providence ElderPlace. This full-time opportunity is at our Seaside location on the scenic Oregon coast, near our 25-bed critical access hospital. Successful candidate will be an adult or family nurse practitioner with geriatric training and/or experience. * Master of Science Degree and successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program

* Able to obtain State of Oregon Nurse Practitioner license

* Prescriptive drug privileges and active DEA number

* Previous education, training and/or work experience with elderly patient population
