Area Coordinator

We are seeking a Store Operations Coordinator to report to the Director of Store operations.

Responsibilities:

Policy and Procedure

*Create and enforce operations policies and procedures

*Ensure that the above mentioned manuals are kept current and organized

*Ensure that store management are aware of their responsibilities and duties in relation to the above mentioned manuals

Repair & Maintenance

*Support the stores in addressing repair & maintenance issues

Budget

* Manage and monitor operational expenses for retail stores.

* Assist in budget forecasting of operational expenses for retail stores.

Procurement

*Maintain and order all supplies and services necessary for operation of stores

*Manage vendor relationships to ensure on-going competitive pricing and quality of service

*Maintain vendor service contracts and agreements

Inventory

*           Facilitate the corporate directives in regards to inventories and cycle counts

*Manage and ensure completion of all inventories and cycle count preparation

*Manage the reconciliation process for inventories and cycle counts

Communications

*Manage weekly communications from corp. to retail stores

Qualifications:

* A Bachelor's Degree

* Field Retail Experience

* Knowledge of MS Office

*Detail oriented

*Excellent communication skills

*Ability to multi-task

Experienced Key holders and/or Sales Associates for Trendy Boutique from New York City for 17 years. We are seeking very fashionable, fun, outgoing, and experienced key holders and sales associates for our women's contemporary boutique in NYC. You must possess the following: Proven Track Record of Wardrobing Clients Clienteling Fashionable but not outlandish Outgoing personality Love fashion and people Experience in selling women's clothing Happy/Positive person Key holder Open and close the stores. Conduct company opening and closing procedures per company guideline. Must have 2 years plus experience. Must be able to wardrobe/style your customers. Must develop your staff. Lead by example. Bring your positive attitude and expertise to the company! Sales Associates Work directly with clientele. Must be outgoing and use your strong fashion abilities to wardrobe our clients. Develop strong relationships with clients so they come back to see you over and over! Able to work in a fast pace environment.
