Snag is hiring part-time, ReadyHire Screening Specialists to help provide a world-class service experience for both our clients and our job seekers. ReadyHire is an innovative solution that bundles several technologies to source, screen and schedule job seekers for interviews. As a Screening Specialist, you’ll use a variety of platforms like Facebook to source potential candidates from all over the country, screen them by directly engaging in individual phone interviews, and schedule the best candidates for our client’s to interview.
What We'll Expect:
- Work internally with the ReadyHire team to screen and schedule hourly and management applicants
- Talk to jobseekers, via email, phone and text messaging, to understand their previous experience, answer questions about upcoming interviews, and provide them with exceptional customer service
Shift Information:
Shifts are offered Monday - Friday with two time frames available:
- 9:20 - 12:00
- 12:50 - 4:30 (afternoon availability is HIGHLY preferred)
You must be able to work at least two shifts a day at least three days a week. Weekly hours vary, but will not exceed 30.
