Qualifications:

• Must be a "Closer"
• Sales background a plus but is NOT required
• Must be able to climb a ladder to roof when necessary
• Detail orientated and organization is a necessity
• Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures

Duties:

• Marketing (Materials Provided)
• Qualified cold calls and Lead Generation (some lead generation provided)
• Exterior Home Inspections to diagnose storm damage
• Make recommendations based on findings
• Inspect final work for completeness and quality
• Sales process (system and contracting)
• Responsible for complete customer satisfaction

Commission Structure:

Our commission plan is geared to drive cash to your bank account, FAST! A significant six-figure income is very attainable and realistic for dedicated sales representatives.

We also offer paid training with multiple incentives and performance bonuses.

Both men and women are encouraged to apply. No experience needed.

You will be trained in all aspects of the storm restoration insurance process. You will be trained in our reporting process. When a catastrophic storm event happens, you will be instantly deployed into the storm area. Traveling and working away from your home is needed. You will provide inspections to houses and roofs, access damage and work with homeowner to maintain contact and 100% customer service satisfaction. You will be required to climb ladders and gain access to roofs as to complete the inspection process, which is done through an Ipad.
