Job Summary:
Equipment Support helps the Equipment Team meet shipping deadlines for upcoming events. This seasonal position’s primary role will consist of learning how to prep and ship equipment to photographers in the field. Equipment Support may also be required to help in other areas of the Logistics department. The candidate will be expected to have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work on the weekends when the schedule calls for it.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepping equipment to send to photographers
- Testing equipment to ensure it’s functioning properly
- Shipping equipment
- Assisting with inventory counts
- Assisting Logistics Manager in department weekly tasks
- Follow instruction well
- Work well under deadlines
- Punctuality
Position Requirements
- Familiar 2016 Microsoft office.
- Detail-Oriented
- Good organizational skills and be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexibility with a changing schedule. Hours may vary based on the events scheduled.
