Description

Quad Prong Warehouse Forklift Operator

The Quad Prong Warehouse Forklift Operator is responsible for loading, unloading, staging, pulling and distributing pallets of Dr Pepper Snapple Group product supplies while meeting productivity requirements.

Shift and Schedule

***This is a unionized facility and shift assignments are based on seniority as well as business needs. There is no guarantee of shift or hours due to the changing needs of the business.***

This is a fulltime permanent position working on either 2nd or 3rd shift. 2nd shift hours are from 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday-Friday. 3rd shift hours are from 10:00pm - 6:30am. Must be open to overtime and weekends as needed.

Pay Rate
The starting rate of pay for this position is $13.25 per hour plus an additional shift differential per hour depending on the shift scheduled.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Load and unload trucks.
  2. Lift, carry, pick, and stack materials.
  3. Rotate floor stock by moving oldest product first.
  4. Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned.
  5. Available to work all shifts, weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • 2 years of forklift operation experience
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience operating a sit down forklift with a dual pallet (quad prong) handling attachment
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience working in high volume warehouse or distribution center
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse with a 5-high, drive-in racking system
  • Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Previous experience using an RF scanner or similar warehouse inventory tool.
