GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Supervise all aspect of the Operation. Provide assistance in HR function. Assist the Assistant Manager or Operations Manager. Perform all aspects of cashier and lot attendant duties when needed. Coach and counsel team members.

 

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

 

  • Set up and countdown team members
  • Make monthly parking hang tags and deliver to appropriate tenants
  • Reconcile with tenants after each validation night
  • Make event bags for each event
  • Make and take deposit to the bank
  • Close down validation nights
  • Take ticket, uniform and signage inventory
  • Answer the phone and check voicemails
  • Take care of problems that customers have concerning tickets and validation refunds
  • Restack tickets in the office and all gate equipment that requires tickets
  • Pull money from various machines in lots that require money to be pulled everyday
  • Fix minor problems with gate equipment

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

 

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of attention required to prevent injury
  • Ability to stand in and walk to various lots for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in all elements of the weather
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to learn, understand and communicate the organization’s policies, procedures and systems.
  • Ability to hold staff accountable to the organization’s policies, procedures and systems
