Are you ready to take your career to the next level by participating in the Citizens Bank Associate Licensed Banker program? This is a unique opportunity for a customer service focused sales professional looking to secure the licenses needed for our Licensed Banker role. 

Your primary responsibility is as a banker, going above and beyond for our customers – helping to secure their financial futures. As a member of the branch banking team, your role requires flexibility and building relationships with our customers to maximize sales. Once licensed with your Series 6, 63, Life and Health licenses, you will move to the Licensed Banker role and have dual responsibilities in both banking and investments. You’ll concentrate on developing meaningful relationships with both new and existing customers by understanding their financial needs in order to recommend and open the appropriate retail and investment products and services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; College degree in business related field preferred.
• Self study is required to obtain all required licenses. Your continued employment in the Licensed Banker Program is contingent upon successfully passing all exams within the specified time-frames.  
• Licenses must be obtained in the following order within a 6 month period.
  • Series 6 license
  • Series 63 license
  • Life/Health Insurance
• Sales and service experience required with a minimum of 2 years preferred
• Strong listening skills, excellent customer service skills, comfortable asking questions and identifying needs to expand the customer relationship
• Ability to understand how to present features and benefits of products and services to customers with differing needs
• A track record of working effectively in a team environment and building solid relationships
• Ability to work branch hours, which may include weekends and some evenings
• If selected, must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to, successful completion of the required background checks and obtaining a Unique Identifier from the NMLS
