* Responsible for incoming calls received on ACD line.
* Respond to mortgagor inquiries.
* Refer calls that cannot be handled to appropriate area.
* Make outbound welcome calls.
* Maintain mortgagor records for name and address changes, phone numbers,
* Skip-trace no contact mortgagors.
* Issue required regulatory disclosures
* Issue posting instructions to cashiering
* Maintain delinquency flags and holds.
* Responsible for outbound collection calls on loans 3 - 59 days delinquent.
* Special projects as assigned by supervisor.
* Provide best in class customer service Work Environment: The position will cover various shifts. We are looking to fill in shifts between 11am-8pm and 3pm-12am est. Mon -Fri and Sat hours are from 8-5est. We have a Saturday rotation schedule where each agent works once every 2 months. When working a Saturday, they would be off one day during the week to ensure they get 40 hours.
We also have 4*10 schedules where an employee can work 1-12pm est for 4 days and have a day off during the week. Qualifications: Education/Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma with at least two years prior experience in customer service and Bilingual preferred.
* Must have strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
