About this job
Responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of an assigned group of patients. Collaborates with the manager and other members of the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat the patient's responses to actual or potential health conditions. Assesses, monitors, detects, plans, and takes appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications associated with specific health problems and/or medical treatment.
Basic Qualifications:
Education - Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Associate's Degree in Nursing. BSN would be needed within 7 years
Experience - successful completion of a competency-based orientation program
Licenses - MI RN LI
Basic Life Support within 90 days
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 days
Preferred Qualifications:
Behavior health or Psych experience
2 years expierence
Basic Qualifications:
Education - Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Associate's Degree in Nursing. BSN would be needed within 7 years
Experience - successful completion of a competency-based orientation program
