Our Labor Standards Team builds, maintains and validates labor standards to ensure our team members are in the right place and the right time to capitalize on sales and deliver a great guest experience.Drive adoption of efficiency behaviors in store operations and with the field leaders in leading through the cultural change to efficiency.Analyze and model future retail innovations to ensure we are consistently operating as efficiently as possible while delivering the desired guest experience.RESPONSIBILITIES •Create strong partnerships with HQ team members that own and influence Stores process, including Store Operations Process Owners, Store Merchants, Merchandising Planning, Grocery Transformation and Supply Chain Transformation •Create & Maintain Labor Standards as business process evolves; current and near term priorities include:Presentation; Self-Checkout; Grocery Op Model; Order Pick Up; Store Operations Model; Apparel and Accessories; •Validate Workload Assumptions as Target's business process evolves •Recommend, model and analyze changes to in stores processes and technology to optimize payroll and ensure that the labor model depicts workload and payroll accurately •Analyze productivity data, identify trends, and recommend methods to increase efficiency in effort to maximize guest experience, team member satisfaction and operational excellence •Create and Maintain Distribution Sets to ensure that Stores team members are staffed to accomplish work at the right time in the right job •Continue to grow expertise of Target best practice and industry best practice regarding the work that occurs in Target stores and the Retail Industry •Continue to grow expertise in the technology that enables the creation, maintenance and functionality of Labor Standards, Distribution Sets and Workload Budgeting MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS •Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Systems Engineering) •6-9 Years of practical experience •Strong math, analytical, and problem solving skills •Experience in developing engineered standards preferred •Strong written and verbal communication skills•Proven ability to lead or influence others •Strong ability to identify, define and resolve ambiguous problems •Proven experience in collaborating with and influencing cross functional groups •Ability to manage and adjust multiple priorities in fast paced environment •Ability to manage projects effectively •Ability to advocate for and present recommendations to senior leaders •Build and leverage partnerships across the organization •Strong computer skills and ability to adapt quickly to using digital toolsIf interested, please apply online at https://track.talentbrew.com?jobmediaid=173108&typeid=1
