Seasonal Outside Golf Supervisor- Two Positions Available
Hourly Position / 5 days a week / 35-40 hours per week
Lunch and dinner provided to at no cost in the employee cafeteria while the employee is working
Uniform will be provided
Job Summary:
The Outside Golf Supervisor will report to the Outside Services Manager and will direct staff in his absence. This position is fully interactive with members and their guests by providing an effective and efficient service. Nights, weekends and holidays hours are essential to this position.
Job will be comprised of:
Engage the members and guests by creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
Ensure the driving range is sufficiently stocked at all times.
Carts are clean and ready for member use.
Golf bags are arranged and set on carts in a timely manner, cleaned and placed in correct place when members complete round.
Supervising a staff of 4-6 employees at a time.
