Purpose and Scope: Support

the creative execution of all seasonal campaigns for assigned brand(s) through

the internal advertising agency. Collaborate with global marketing teams to

align strategic initiatives that protect and develop the integrity of our brands.

Liaise between marketing communications partners and internal agency

partners to steward all lifestyle photo shoots, advertising, and marketing

materials to meet strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Partner with marketing

teams to develop clear creative project briefs for advertising and marketing

materialsSupport the shoot

planning process, organizing styling sessions and shot listsBrief campaign related

and seasonal projects to internal advertising team and drive the development of

project schedules and budgetsPartner

closely with creative director, art director, copy team, shoot production,

print/video production and studio on the execution of projects, ensuring delivery

on time and on budgetRoute

layouts, job bags and project estimates for approvalCoordinate

creative approvals with marketing partners and creative leadsMonitor

and report competitive brand informationWork

closely with finance teams to monitor expense and reconciliation

Qualifications:1-2

years in a marketing communications role, agency experience a plusStrong

interest in fashion and lifestyle brandingA natural planner,

detail oriented with strong organizational skillsCollaborative,

proactive, and energetic with ability to motivate teams to produce quality work

on time and within budgetWorks

well in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple accounts and

prioritiesExcellent

communication skillsCustomer oriented,

diplomatic, and able to balance business and creative perspectivesCreative

thinker with a solution-oriented approach and ability to identify opportunities

and efficienciesProficient

in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Project management software a

plus
