The successful Recruiting Associate will have the following:

 

  • Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university preferred, but not required
  • Possess strong communication skills and ability to multi-task while performing in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff
  • Competencies include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Requires computer expertise, including use of database, word processing, spreadsheet and applicant tracking systems

Our Recruiting Associate is a contract-to-hire opportunity which plays a critical role to the success of our field operations team.  The Recruiting Associate is responsible for screening and developing a pipeline of superior candidates to fill our Satellite TV Technician positions. This is a high exposure / high volume role that will give you the opportunity to leverage your strong communication and relationship building skills by:

 

  • Partnering with the Regional Recruiter and Hiring Managers on developing recruiting strategies
  • Conducting phone screens with candidates and setting up interviews for hiring managers
  • Building a pipeline of candidates by developing relationships with candidates and employees
  • Help develop and drive our social media strategy
  • Assist with the creation and development DISH recruiting marketing materials
