Manage project work directing cross-functional teams, and leading the project in adherence to deadlines

Manage/Respond to regulatory requirements (PCP Panel Size, Directory Survey, HPN Gap responses) and Ad Hoc reporting request from the NYS DOH.

Manage large data sets and provides reporting to the Plan and support for Expansion Efforts.

Responsible for Network Gap analysis and Disruption analysis when providers leave the network.

Manage Health Provider Network file process

Provides guidance and development to staff

Designs, builds, and manages process improvement opportunities

Lead or help develop program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of ---Work, Business Vision Document)

Work with resource managers to drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution

Collect, analyze and maintain financial forecast information (e.g., labor, hardware, software), using input from applicable sources

Establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g., key performance indicators, scope definition)

Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g., mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
 
 
 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
3+ years of project management experience including tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
3+ years with designing, building, and managing process improvement opportunities
1+ years leading or helping develop program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of ---Work, Business Vision Document)
2+ years of Healthplan experience
Experience working with large datasets, queries and reporting
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
 Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience managing/responding to regulatory requirements (PCP Panel Size, Directory Survey, HPN Gap responses) and Ad Hoc reporting request from the NYS DOH
1+ year of supervisory experience
1+ year of experience working with and interacting with the DOH or other regulators, providing responses to Ad Hoc requests and standardized reporting
1+ year of experience managing Health Provider Network file process
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Access and SharePoint
