Primary Responsibilities: Serves as a liaison between the client, sales and operations.Have a basic understanding of work comp function and partnership services to answer general client questions and/or know how to triage the client request to the most appropriate contact.Intent is for the CSR to work onsite within Settlement’s key client office and Settlement Solutions Tampa office.Works with Regional Sales Managers, Director of Field Sales and Operations to maintain client relationships by coordinating services and effectively obtaining claim file records required to process referrals.Effectively manages assigned objectives to secure business referrals in the most cost effective and collaborative way for the clients.Works with Regional Sales Manager and Director of Field Sales on implementation of new business.Process monthly sales reports providing potential revenue for add-on continuum services which currently includes but is not restricted to:MSA completed 90 days or older without CMS submissionPositive SSV result 90 days or older without MSA report completedMSA completed with a Clinical service recommendation 90 days or olderSettlement Claim Closure Processes:Annuity Structure / Broker OutreachHeliosMyMedFund Process     Responsible for using available sales technology and tools provided by Optum Settlement to manage report generation.Competencies:Influencing Abilities – ability to promote ideas to shape stakeholder opinions and negotiate win-win situations between client and Optum.Industry Knowledge -  ability to learn and catch on to worker’s compensation industry;  have basic knowledge of adjuster’s role and claim processingRecognize business priorities – ability to track the changing needs and expectations of clients. Identifies links between internal and external demands.Organizational Skills – Ability to multitask and manage multiple projectsFlexibility – ability to work in a fast paced environmentComputer Skills – Possesses intermediate Microsoft Suite knowledge (word, excel, adobe, intranet)Communicate Effectively – ability to speak with all levels of clients presenting a clear messageDetailed Orientated – Ability to be well organized and resourceful. The ability to reduce complex concepts and tasks into manageable steps for completion. Ability to track, foresee and plan around obstacles in claim referral requests and processing.Team Player - Ability to manage strong working relationships with demanding clients and work cooperatively within the company.Adaptability – ability to respond and adapt to changing circumstances to manage, solve problems by providing solutions.Applies new knowledge and skill – Ability to use new knowledge, understanding and skill to practical use in next scenario.

Requirements

Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Previous work experience in a professional service environment Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel including basic formulas for revenue, billing, invoices, Pivot Tables, filtering and manipulating data, sort data and VLOOKUPs Basic level of proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint including creating and editing decksAbility to travel up to 25% of the time within Tampa (to client site)Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher 1+ years of Workers Compensation experience Exposure to SalesForce.com Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook including email and calendar management
