MSLA is a Medical Corporation that provides comprehensive independent medical evaluations (IME) and other IME related services to the government and private industry. The role of the Exam Operations - Pending Worksheet Coordinator includes managing the follow-up of late provider reports in support of achieving contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).  This position will involve direct phone-based interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Manage calls and caller conversations appropriately
Apply knowledge of applicable SLA’s
Demonstrate understanding of internal/external factors that may drive the need for follow - up activity
Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify underlying questions/issues
Identify and coordinate internal resources, and escalate when needed
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
Works with others as part of a team
Provide excellent customer service
All other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

Required Qualifications:                                                           

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment
Proficient in general computer use and Microsoft Office Suite
 Preferred Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Healthcare or Business related program
Previous experience in a healthcare environment
Customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to follow routine procedures consistently and efficiently
Able to work independently, and in conjunction with team members at all levels of the organization
Able to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Organized and Detail - oriented
Self - motivated and Adaptable
Able to consistently follow through on expectations
