About this job

Brief Job Description: Serves as a resource to store leaders to ensure all staff members thrive. This includes creating a healthy atmosphere where people feel valued, experience job satisfaction and have opportunities to grow their careers. Provides HR support to all staff in all HR functional areas including: Staff Relations, Communications, Staffing, Training and Development, Benefits and Leaves, Worker's Compensation, HR/Payroll and Admin Support and customer service as needed.

HR experience of 3 - 7 years preferred or similar experience. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
