Nurse Practitioner Emergency Services Step Down

The Emergency Step Down Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant will provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis and initiation of treatment in a fast-paced emergency room setting. The PA or NP will work both independently and with a care team within the Emergency Services Department, they will perform procedures under the supervision in the ER setting. Working as a leader in the hospital, the Emergency Stepdown Nurse Practitioner NP or Physician Assistant PA will communicate and refer patients to other specialties throughout the hospital.
